Structure-aware metal binding site prediction
Allowed: .pdb. If you leave Chains blank, server will process all chains.
Single chain: "A". Multimer: separate with underscore e.g. "A_B_C".
We will notify you by email when the job completes (if provided).
Notes
  1. Accepted formats: PDB (.pdb). If the PDB contains multiple chains, you may specify chains or leave blank to process all chains.
  2. For multimers, provide chain IDs separated by underscore (e.g. A_B_C). We recommend ≤ 8 chains for MSMS limitations.
  3. MetalBind supports the ligand types listed above. We may extend to other ligands after collecting appropriate datasets and training models.
